I have been going to The Contour Day Spa for many years to get my hair cut and my hair highlighted. I have enjoyed many aspects of the spa and am looking forward to experiencing the new salt room! Maria was great - really friendly and knowledgeable and gave me some great pointers on how to. Donna is not only the best there is in color, cut and style but I now consider her a friend! I am grateful that my daughter bought me a mothers day gift certificate that day many years ago. Had both a facial and contour wrap and I feel like a new woman. From the first visit when the customer service turned a potentially disappointed customer into a long term loyal customer! I haven't gone anywhere else since. ContourDaySpa, Manager at Contour Day Spa, responded to this review Responded July 29, 2019. my nails weren't even filed evenly and my cuticles weren't cut. i got gel nails three days ago and they are already peeling off. The spa is beautiful and the staff has been courteous, helpful, and informative. I have been here 4 times for the salt therapy and I have always been very happy with the service. His facial did not have everything I paid for and he waited forever before they even took him back!! Absolutely the worst spa I’ve ever been to in my life! Do not go here!!! It is a rip off!! Please listen to the reviews!! I should have! Waste of money here!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!! I bought my fiancé a facial for his birthday which I paid in advanced for and they FORCED me to pay 17$ gratuity before he could even go back for the service I paid for.
